Server room & infrastructure
Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation, storage arrays, networks and Wi-Fi, backups with regular restore tests. Including a move to the cloud when it makes sense.
Security first
MFA and conditional access, phishing protection, updates and antivirus, incident response.
Mail & people
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly, domain reputation under control. Onboarding and offboarding by template, without permission mistakes.
Helpdesk through Wadamo
Agreed response: request, assignee, time, a monthly report of work to the minute. Stand-by for urgent cases.
Audit & clean-up
An overview of licences and devices, recoverability, and the settings someone set up “somehow”.
